Look, no CEO in their right mind would take precious seconds away from telling his own companies' story first. CNBC will give him a few minutes to spew info, ask him a few questions and that'll be that.

Wave will not be mentioned, so get over it. Now, if the deal were with MSFT or some other well-known hi-tech outfit, a CEO might calculate that name dropping might help his companies' stock thru association. But, our little Wave? Not a chance... So what? One day Steven or Peter will be a guest on CNBC, that will be our time.

We will get our exposure in due time, gradually. I'll revert back to Sprague's "ladder" approach to stock appreciation. The industry will soon be a-buzz with Embassy and it's superior technology and benefits.

About the WAVO deal:

WAVO has filled yet another important means of distribution. IMO, we now have one more biggie to go in the future, set top boxes. Though, I am not holding my breath on any announcement by SFA. As I've gathered thru conversation, it appears that Wave is going after the PC market first. Other devices will follow later. Remember, proliferation of meters needs to be controlled. Quite a bit of back-end operations MUST be in place first. Management has stated that a slow, gradual rollout is the plan.

Be patient and let the plan unfold. 99' is going to be a great year for us.

Respectfully,

---Slate
