dennis, I think the spread is normally larger in these penny stocks. Doesn't seem right but it happens. Offers you a better chance to get burned when it heads down. I don't own this stock but I have 2 othere penny stocks and if they move in a year I'll be lucky. They have to have one hell of a technology to get the eyes of wall street. First off they have to be screwed around with by the MM's for at least 2 years. May be a momentum play but you will have to be quick on the trigger. This warrants keeping an eye on but money can be made easier elsewhere and this can be watched. Dixie 7777 brought up some good points that need answers. This holding company thing kind of bothers me also. Just my 2 cents. Best of luck, Whiskey
