SUN being acquired in next 90 days by Lucent or IBM. Anyone confirm that. Attorneys at companies are in talks.

I agree 100% that SUNW is a Computer company. That is the sector in which it is listed. It would also seem to me that you have a great opportunity to short here if Sunw does not close over 82.999 After a great run-up Sun Micro reversed trends (for 1 day but still a reversal) into a column of o's (o's being down) on a point and figure chart. This happened on Monday only to see another reversal into a column of X's on Tuesday. We (longs) need to see a move to 83 to form a triangle which could lead to higher highs. A close at 83 is a must as 82.50 would not be enough to add an X to the up column. The market is nearing an overbought area so look for a close of 83 or look for a downturn in Sunw and the market in general. P.S. I am a Sun lover and owner so save the hate mail. This is Technical analysis pure and simple!
