NASDAQ exposure will certainly help but I don't think it's the key
issue. What I would really like to see is a consistent and
aggressive investor relation and stock price management policy
from the company.

So far it looked like they did not pay any attention to this at
all - except for occasional (not very well planned, I'd say) moves.
By "aggressive" policy I don't mean hiring a middlemen to hype the
stock. Buying back shares when the stock was at $5, for example,
would work a lot better. Not to mention simple things like providing
investors with complete and readily available information about the
company.
I hope when Rivkin is talking about "strategic investments,
acquisitions that can add value to our existing applications" he
does not mean immediate cash acquisitions - they would be in much
better position to buy if they resolved the situation with
their ridiculous P/E first.
