Eran, when I first read about the proposal of change of domicile to Bermuda, I posted my opinions but George and his "new ally" were quick on the draw to throw cold water on me! Seems in this age of Clintonism they think that the word POSSIBLE serves a purpose when attached to anticipation. But what it boils down to is actions of a company speak to how strong the anticipation in my opinion. Of course it it ALWAYS only a possibility involved because you are talking about anticipating something in the future. Now you might ask how strong are they anticipating certain future possibilities? Is asking the shareholders to vote on move of domicile a big or important action? You start out your post Interesting timing! Interesting timing INDEED!!! In my opinion.
