Who cares how and why a stock goes down. To paraphrase Buffet: when your stock goes down, its a buying opportunity; the lower the better. If it continues to go lower, then sell the house, car, the wife, the kids and the neighbor's mower. Borrow to the hilt and some more till you can't raise any more to buy at the lows. Then sit back and dream of sunny Mexico or southern Spain in the Winter, for soon you'll be there watching lovely senoritas sun bathing while drinking your favorite wine waiting for your personal servant to serve the paella slowly cooking in the rear of the mansion.

The truth is that if the company is good in terms of earnings and return on equity without any major changes in management or its business the market will soon follow your analysis and reward you greatly. The trick is to purchase while the stock is considered trash by the market...the trashier the better, and the larger the paella you'll enjoy at the end of the price cycle.

Buena suerte todos....

Joe
