To all: I am still learning the finer points of stop loss trading. I but in a stop loss 1000 shares of BII at $4.05 today, "accidentally" bought at $3.80 on that huge gap down. About $200 for the day after commissions, but it could have been a lot more had I not got stopped out on a dip. Now this is what gets me, did I make a mistake in the stop loss? Should I have put it in at $3.00 or something? Not bad to make some money, but I am still learning about the stops and what is an acceptable limit. Today I was lucky because after the buy, I was basically making money within 15 minutes. I know sometimes everyone gets stopped out when they least expect it, but can't help but think I made a mistake.

Posted the same on the Real-time Daytrading thread, but would appreciate some feedback.

Regards, Wisam
