I agree, IF Rogers gets / buys tickets and gives them away or has a draw its legal. However reselling even freebees is illegal, that is my understanding of the law,otherwise scalper A would give to Scalper B and so on.Selling tickets through newspapers is illegal but generally overlooked as not worthwhile to prosecute selling at the gate is being prosecuted.Selling on the net at auction by a public company, I think will not be looked at in the same fashion as newspaper sales.. I may be wrong.
