Joe....Funds! They will catch all hell if they have alot of idle $$$ doing absolutely nothing. They are beginning to realize that we are in a global economy and that Greenspan and Company have no other choice but to participate more actively! Interest rates will drop another 25-50 basis pts during 1999; oil will quite possible drop between $8-9 during 1999......no recession in sight....foresee a 12k DOW. Technology will be the engine that will drive the world mkts to all time highs. I foresee China replacing Japan as the economic powerhouse with strong ties with the USA. The mideast situation will no longer have the spotlight upon them...they are finally realizing that good old American Capitalism WORKS a hell of alot better than religious zealots !
