Ron, Penn State just published a big blurb on how they have JUST tested the Y2K scenario with throusands of students participating and it was a success. This is one step in their testing of such things as student registration and so forth. I know other areas besides DC are very far into their Y2K remediation... if what I hear at various seminars is true. Globex is down again this am. I look for the sell-off to continue today and tomorrow with a reprieve on Friday. BWDIK? Bill
