Aleta, it would seem logical that the remainder of this up to 20 million would be contingent on the merger, not necessarily the Nasdaq listing. But I do not know. This is a very good question for the company, I think.

But one thing which I know is clear. This delisting did not happen for the reasons of "fraud" to which Brady implied yesterday. There were many reasons why I argued with him on that issue so vociferously, this being one.
