What is the difference? What if he woke up today and got fed up with waiting? What if he saw the price head down and said here we go again. Who cares? He changed his opinion and apparently turned bearish...Let it go, I am sure his changed opinions don't change your view on the company and its future.

I am not afraid.

In fact, I happen to agree with much of the z argument. This
website is far from limitless in its current format and PNLK
knows this. The real question I find myself constantly asking
is this...How soon will it take for another company to offer
a similar concept with better packaging and user friendliness?
The answer will determine whether or not this is a company that
can earn $100million in 1999 or not. If 3.0 is out sooner than
later, we can be quite comfortable that this thing will become
another internet rising star based on real earnings (Unlike
amazon and other companies that suckers are buying at ungodly
prices before the first profit that may never come).
Continuously updating and improving the system over the next year could easily result in a $250million profit in the year 2000. The
concept is sound. The potential is mindboggling. What do you
think this stock is going to be worth when they post 100,000 subscribers by mid 1999 (my guess is between $30 and $50). A Nasdaq
listing would not just bring higher stock value, but would also
open the floodgates for incoming members.
This is an exciting time for all of us. If z's purpose was to
raise the level of the discussion on this thread beyond this
week's hype, then I'm glad. And if his post attenuates the
purported spike, then so be it. I'd rather level out at $4 and
start the NASDAQ ball rolling than see us P&D our way up to $5
on Thursday and $2.50 on Friday.
Either way, the risk has been identified. We have all been
warned. And for those about to venture to the moon with me...
I salute you...Doctorgreenback
