I've dealt with Amy as well

she sounds like the cruise director on a sinking ship.
we had to cancel an order, then told to reenter next
week because the system could'nt handle a backorder.

could'nt handle a backorder? give me a break...
what was even more annoying is they charged for
the MusicCard even though an order never shipped.
Why would anyone want to pay for a card to discount
tapes that were never sold. This place is wacked.

I agree with you regarding Amy at customer service. I had an order problem and talked with her. Turns out I put down the wrong mailing address :-((( So far I have found the TSIG people to be working hard and good at their job. Jeff
