I've dealt with Amy as well she sounds like the cruise director on a sinking ship. we had to cancel an order, then told to reenter next week because the system could'nt handle a backorder. could'nt handle a backorder? give me a break... what was even more annoying is they charged for the MusicCard even though an order never shipped. Why would anyone want to pay for a card to discount tapes that were never sold. This place is wacked.
