Hi Lynn, the past several qtrly reports have not been "the belle of the ball" , however, as we know, Wall street measures a stock by its future performance. It is not uncommon for a new company to post losses. Ted Turner lost millions of dollars getting CNN off the ground. Doing my DD, I have been told that there will be no dilution for this company. I have a small position in USRF and will continue to give it time to come to fruitition. Remember, Wireless is the future for the internet and USRF is also an internet stock ( and we all know how hot they are). There is plenty of competition in this arena for all to do well without the hype. Take care and thanks for your post Sly_
