Hi, Agreed on the 10sb. But from the information I have, they ARE in the process of that filing. It's all in the hands of Accountants and legal.And I guess the longer they take in doing it, the more fees they will ask for. But in the meanwhile, to say that a VP would not work for a non reporting Company is not quite correct. Dont you have high profile people working for private Companies? And any person taking the job of VP with PNLK, deserves tremendous respect due to the fact that PNLK is a company of the future, not for short sighted people, and that this guy will probably soon reign with JPC and Glenn, on Global Commerce.
