Lynn, I don't know the answer to your question...But how do we know if the underwriter hasn't already been identified and secured???...NAVR has done enough regarding the IPO to attract the necessary attention, IMHO.....

Lynn: Read the article given at the following url, as you will see NAVR's investment bankers are working on the IPO as we speak according to this news (also according to the CEO on TV the other day -he also said they would bring the IPO this month,I think)and also bear in mind the company had originally planned the IPO back in July I think but shelved due to unfavorable market conditions which tells me they have been thinking about it a while and might have already done a lot of the work as far making the necessary preparation (paper work etc) to file with the SEC,hopefully within the next couple of weeks they will announce and file with the SEC,this is what I am hoping for.Just my opinion take it for what it is worth in the mean time would somebody bring the damn price back up a bit please...<g> Message 6638986
