I'll give him a break the moment his company makes a dime of profit.

Until then, he is just converting public investment into personal gain. His company has never made a PENNY in profit. It has lost hundreds of millions of dollars, and has 500 million in debt.

If this were a private company, do you think he would be able to take a yearly paycheck of 23 million dollars? (the value of the options he sold last month) Hell no.

That is legally accurate too but misleading.
