To All: Please read, response from CEO!!!!!!!! In response to my email to CEO about their involvement with RDGI, here is the response I received this morning, puts to rest this nonissue about RDGI: Jetta, In response to your E-Mail. I am a limited partner in an investment firm,Intercapital Asset Mgt.Co.,Inc.. I was previously Chief Investment Officer for Intercapital Global Fund,Ltd., Hamilton Bermuda.IGFL is a venture capital fund that has invested in aprox.$350MM in transactions in the last 3 years.I am currently a member of the advisory board of IGFL.Before joining IAMCO in 1990 I was employed by Merrill Lynch, then became a limited partner and Sr. V.P. at Drexal Burnham, then a Sr. V.P.at Prudential Securities. From Aug.1997 thru March 1998 Intercapital clients and partners made several equity and debt investments in RDG Minerials,Inc.(RDGI) a minerals company in Toronto with leaseholds in Nevada and Ca. RDGI was mismanaged , Intercapital stepped in to protect its investment, once in Nov.1997 and again in Feb.1998. In Nov. 1997 Canadian regulators thwarted Intercapitals attempt to restructure RDGI as Intercapital was a U.S. investment advisor and didn't have a majority or any Canadian Officers or Directors as required under Ontario law. On Feb.18,1998 Intercapital again stepped in and I was elected a board member of RDGI. When I joined RDGI the board terminated all RDGI mgt. and named Alex Kennedy , a retired business executive from Toronto as President. Additionally RDGI BOARD of Directors canceled and had all the option holders return misappropriated shares. For the last 8 1/2 months Kennedy and RDGI's accounting firm have restructured the company Filed the last two quarterly reports and Filed the Annual Report on Nov.24,1998 with the Ontario Securities Commission. RDGI is a Fully Reporting Company. Mr. Kennedy or the current Board Members are not responsible for the actions of past RDGI Mgt. or Board Members. RDGI has valuable leaseholds that will eventually achieve shareholder value. Intercapital along with other RDGI shareholders are very disappointed in this investment. Intercapital currently holds $290,000 in unsecured RDGI debt. Enough said on RDGI. I am CEO of Total Entertainment,Inc and assure you that TTLN & THEONLINECASINO.COM / is dedicated to achieve shareholder value and its clients the most enjoyable experience. VTY Sandy Masselli
