What goodwill ....reputation and name? What liabilities? Would you buy, "as is"?? ...or start anew?? I fully understand your points, and anguish, yet with all the interest and verbiage, analysis of what is occurring behind the FAMH doors is speculation as so much direct information from the company has proven to be ficticious, and pure fabrication! Unfortunately, all the evidence, so far, points to one narrow band of the probability spectrum. Regarding the "shareholder meeting..... No proxies or direct mailed notices, just 14 days ahead of the supposed meeting.... then again, there is always the possibility it may be held in the "restaurant" as they only need a table for 3 or 4, and all actions are already decided. Nevertheless, I'm anticipating the next "media blitz" of "fantastic pronouncements" (watch the carefully chosen words!) .... they have already said they need money to support general operations. Do you think???;-))
