The star - who has made her home in Los Angeles - has now taken out a court order claiming Timothy Delarm is stalking her. The 39-year-old Scottish superstar is convinced her film director husband is planning to harm her or her two adopted children. He has now been banned from coming within 250 yards of them. She claims he has followed her and her children by car and made repeated harassing phone calls. The Bellshill-born singer, who had hits with Morning Train and the theme to the James Bond film For Your Eyes Only after shooting to fame on The Big Time, even hired a team of private detectives to prove Delarm's stalking. They have documented a chilling episode in which they claim he lay in wait for her, chased her at high speed, made dangerous and illegal turns in heavy traffic, jumped at least one red light, and hunted her in car parks after he lost the trail. Sheena, estimated to be worth GBP 20 million, filed for divorce in Los Angeles in July, less than a year after eloping to Las Vegas with Delarm for a quickie wedding. It was her third marriage and his first.She asked the court to change her name back to Easton from Delarm. In his response Delarm, who met Sheena when he directed her in a wildlife documentary shot in America's Yellowstone National Park, demanded that she pay his lawyers' bills and give him spousal support. Even though he has no legal relationship with her children, Jake, four, and Skylar, nearly three, he requested visiting rights as a stepparent. Miss Easton told the Los Angeles Superior Court that Delarm had followed and approached her on several occasions 'in suspicious circumstances'. She also said he had made numerous harassing telephone calls. 'These incidents are extremely emotionally disturbing and upsetting to me,' she told the court. 'I am very fearful of him, that he will harm me or my children. I can't sleep and have difficulty eating and I am very nervous and anxious. He is causing me severe emotional distress. 'I am at the point that if I see a car like his my heart jumps and I am scared to look at it. 'His actions in following me for at least several weeks make me fearful beyond description about what he may do to my children. Thus, I ask that the restraining orders be issued to protect them.' She went on to detail four separate occasions when she believes he was deliberately stalking her in the suburban San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles where she lives. T h e s e w e r e backed up by two private detectives who witnessed the most recent incident and actually saw Delarm systematically searching car parks at giant shopping malls after he lost her car because he got trapped in the wrong lane of traffic. Based on the statements of Sheena and the two detectives, Superior Court Judge Kenneth Black granted a temporary restraining order, ordering Delarm to stay at least 250 yards - not the 500 requested - from Sheena, Jake and Skylar. The case is due back in court on January 12 next year. In another legal battle, Sheena and her production company, Skye Heart, are suing MSH Entertainment , claiming MSH reneged on a deal to produce an album for her last Christmas. She is demanding damages including $125,000 (GBP 75,000) which she says she was promised as a fee for producing the album, plus royalties on sales. However, the two sides are hopeful of an agreement before the trial in February which means MSH will release an album by Sheena by the end of this month. >> SIS
