Hey, Wolf...1. Why is PSUN up today with the market crumbling around us....and 2. Did you get any PSUN really cheap?
As for NW real estate...it isn't quite as inexpensive as it used to be. A few years ago while visiting there, I saw an ex-potato farm coming up for sale, and I almost pulled out my checkbook. Today that check wouldn't make a good down payment around Portland -- what was $3,000/acre is now closer to 100,000. And some of the open land (Oregon City, Gresham, for example) runs over that.
Would you think that we could continue the (admittedly premature) plan to buy up all the oil service companies for a song (or two)? Will we be the heroes next year with that strategy? Most folks are saying that we are not at the bottom, and some people seem to believe that we will be paid to accept oil by next year .... In the past, when the gloom hit the oil patch big time, that was the time to load up. Why have they modified that old saying, "it's always darkest just before it gets pitch black" ?.... (gloom, doom)...
