CASHCO MANAGEMENT INC.

DISCOVER Y2K UPDATE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PHILADELPHIA....December 3, 1998.....The Board of Directors of Cashco Management, Inc. ("the Company") is pleased to announce that their proprietary software, Discover Y2K was successfully launched at the world's largest computer trade show, COMDEX, in Las Vegas, Nevada, during the third week of November ‘98. As a result of contacts made at the show, ID Four has agreed to a distribution of 1.5 million keyed CD's to be delivered through two major computer magazines. The distribution will occur during the first quarter of 1999.

ID Four (OTC:BB IDFR) has an exclusive sales and marketing contract with Cashco to market all of Cashco's proprietary software. The first such product, Cashco's Discover Y2K, is a software program created by Cashco and is comprised of two functionally discreet modules, (detection/analysis and remedy/fix). The product essentially identifies non-compliant Year 2000 programs and offers a remedy for repair to the user. When a purchaser pays for the full version of Discover Y2K and registers with the Company this registration allows the user to upload new data and information. The establishment of this "pro-active" web site, will allow for a continuous flow of information between the Company and its customers.

Alan Laffkas, President of Cashco, is pleased to announce that the Company has commenced development of a Y2K solution specifically designed for Apple based software. This initiative creates the transition of the company from a provider of technology by acquisition to a fully staffed software development company. This transition reflects the original goal of Mr. Laffkas when he joined the Company in June of this year. The Company is targeting the first quarter of 1999 for the release of the beta version.

Cashco's shares are quoted on the OTC :BB under the symbol "CSHK". For further information, please contact, Alan Laffkas at 610-458-9540.
