Larry, based on that piece of information, then I'm glad they have decided to move on. As I understand it, Naxos has been working on several methods for some time now. This move by J/L might just be an indication by both parties that J/L isn't the only game in town any more. And that might be the best news ever. If Naxos had no real hope of getting any PM's out of FL, then playing the J/L hand would be the only way to even have a chance to maintain any credibility. However, by letting them move on, I would make the assumption that they have something better taking shape. And it must be taking shape NOW otherwise why let J/L walk without a fight to keep them?

To tell you my honest opinion, if I were in Naxos' shoes, I wouldn't say one word until I had something good to say. And not until I was absolutely sure I could repeat whatever results I was getting.

Let them take their time. I've waited almost four years already. But when they do announce anything, they better be sure of what they say. They only have one bullet left. This shot needs to be through the bullseye.
