WPNE now a legitimate acquisition target - better technology that EGHT

WPNE now OWNS CUSeeMe and MeetingPoint technologies, before they "borrowed" them from Cornell. Now someone big can acquire them, for almost nothing, and become a leader in the internet video/telephony market.

WPNE has no cash, and has been played primarily as an eventual take over candidate. IMO they are now a prime candidate. Not many people have followed WPNE since it dropped from 6 to $.75 on news they were competing against MSFT's free NetMeeting. Now, who knows. It's worth checking out, especially after EGHT's big jump this a.m. EGHT and WPNE are both small companies with hot video/telephony products that the big guys don't have... yet.
