Wally and all, I just got off the line with Schwab and was told that they mailed all the proxies for FNTN yesterday. If I don't have it by tomorrow, I am going to raise HOLY HELL! Now on to Waterhouse. They better have a good answer why I don't got my proxie. Would people who have other brokerages and have not received their proxies, please give them a call today and report on the thread so we can clear any log jams that might be out there? Wally, I am wondering why yet again it is the Shareholders onus to reach out to management to find out critical information that management should be readily providing to us. I have yet to get my proxy so have no idea if any kind of management letter is included although I have seen numerous requests to those that have gotten theirs to provide additional information beyond the proxy itself and have seen nothing to indicate that there is anything enclosed along those lines. It does seem to me that if MS or whoever, at HQ can "explain" over the phone the need for the doubling of shares and addition of preferred shares, why didn't they put it in writing to all Shareholders with proxy information? Eagerly awaiting proxy pamphlet,,,,, AMBTS,,, Barbara
