i just contacted my atty. regarding a class action law suit im considering filing against CNBC/CRAMER . my atty is watching the tape as we speak and will be getting back to me ASAP regarding this issue. i have been with this stock for several months and have an extreme amount of money here, and i'll be damed if i'm going to let this guy bad mouth this co. just because he shorted it! i feel it's CNBC who should be responsible! fax #213 623 8816

There are a lot of investors on Yhoo that are ticked at Crammer calling WAVO a fraud company. WAVO should go after both Crammer and the CNBC boob Joe Kernan. Kernan's comments on many stocks are not warranted...but he bad mouths them. We need to get WAVO legals to go after Crammer. We also need to complain to the SEC about the manipulation by Kernan and Crammer. Look what happened to Dorfman! I've been waiting for a move in WAVO..we finally get some good news to push us in the right direction and we get bad mouthing because they weren't in the stock. CNBC is nothing but manipulation by the media and Fund managers. Anybody know the SEC URL, On YHOO they said enforcement@sec.gov I tried this but it didn't work. Anybody got the right URL. Let them know what you feel. D. Peterson
