What I meant was, for the past week or so, I've read comments from a few Republican Congressmen and Senators who appear to be taking more of a "censure" or "deal-making" attitude now that Slick's spin machine and it's liberal media conspirators have cooked the "polls".

They think they're protecting their butts by taking a position they perceive as *popular, middle of the road, don't piss off too many people, blah blah blah*.

If these Republican's can't be counted on as having the character and principles to do the right thing as is outlined in the Constitution and Laws of this nation, then we need to think about finding some representatives who will.
