rudedog, re: options. How can you say out of the money options is the same as owning the stock. If you have an incentive with out of the money options at a strike price that is more than a reasonable stretch , it no longer represents an incentive. As far as Dell's holdings, he personally has a 16% stake in the company while the Compaq management team as a whole only own a little more than 1% as of the last proxy statement and they have been doing nothing but selling.
