This looks very fishy - similar to patterns of trading I have seen in the past that enrich the insiders and board members at the sake of investors. They can shuffle money out of one company into another and make themselves a fortune on both sides of the transaction. I wonder if they are also charging "profesional feees and services" for making the deal? Those sometimes amount to 10% or more of the transaction - which can mean more millions directly into their pockets. It would be surprising to see that bold of swindle right under the noses of the 100+ attorneys now familiar with the company, but anything can happen for the sake of personal greed.
