Bill, Thanks. Glad to have you and your input is ALWAYS welcome here. You won't be getting in anyones way, but rather we will all be richer for knowing you. Glad to hear you are in FCSE. Fingerhut is interesting. I place it in the same catagory as Spiegel, Sharper Image, Delias, etc. All of these companies have more to gain from internet than most any company. Think about it. You are a highly successful catalog company, taking orders over 800 number and shipping on time from warehouse. Great customer service and many years of management experience. Then you place all of your products on a website and begin taking orders electronically. Now what has changed? If anything, you can send out fewer expensive catalogs like one of my favorite comeback sleepers did [SME]. They have a long way to go to start paying back their enormous debt, but keep them in the back of your mind along with SPGLA, FHT, DLIA, SHRP. When internets get really creamed.
