To Breeze1

I looked over last years financials. As for the april 97 quarter, I cannot figure it out. There must have been an error in the unaudited financials.

quarter ending

Oct 96 ----------5,354,780 shares outstanding
April 97---------3,963,450
Oct 97----------33,061,700
Jan 98----------26,321,875
Apr 98----------32,943,000

Also in the July 97 audited financials, pg 9

Balance, july 31, 1995----------14,086,166

balance july 31, 1996----------28,847,266

7 for 1 share consolidation in 1996
then stock was issued to pay off debt

Balance July 31, 1997-----------16,658,610

Balance Oct 31, 1997------------22,511,562

Hopefully this will help

When the IR dept. gives you the rough numbers in confidence, you shouldn't post it.

The financials I was told are still not final. They are all penciled and marked up and still need final review.

So posting the rough numbers does not help us shares holders.
