Barrie et al, Thanks for the response. I did finally skim (It was too damn long to read) the SB2. Here is the part I am worried about; Common Stock Offered Hereby.................... 41,428,572 shares Common Stock Outstanding as of September 1, 1998.......................... 8,700,000 shares Common Stock Outstanding after the Offering............................... 50,128,572 shares What is this "offering?" Does this mean that after the company becomes reporting that these shares will come into play? Pardon the ignorance, I am kind of new to this stock. But MAN does that encryption software SOUND GOOD!!
