thomas,

I don't think it is an IPO at all.

There is no underwriter....no way you can call up your broker to get those shares prior to trading....at any price. Call up Sitra and ask to buy 5,000 shares at $5.00 from the IPO shares.....He will tell you to contact your broker and get your order in for the first day. There will be several Market Makers that will be happy to take orders.....I'm sure. Heck.....MMs are checking the situation out now too. That may be why they are willing to let BANY climb. They may not want to short into this because there may be value being created that will make covering later at lower levels unrealistic.

I think Anything Internet it is a company that is going public......with all of the shares already distributed. MMs have some to make the market....Insiders have a load....and folks who will get their dividend shares will have the rest. It will be an interesting first day.....for sure.

The "public" can have their brokers contact the MMs and place an order for the first day.....I would assume that the MMs will look at their order books.....evaluate the situation....and open the stock where they think the market will be.

They may part with some of their shares.....or raise the price to where dividend holders begin to lighten up. That's a market. Very cool. Again....it brings us back to the question of what is Anything Internet worth.

Must go to work....see you guys later.

I don't know what is up with these 100 share trades. Doesn't make any sense why someone would buy or sell that many shares.

Anything Interent will be an OTC stock. It is technically not an "IPO" in the sense that no one will be able to acquire shares prior to the first day of trading. It will simply start trading on the announced day (that is my understanding).
