Excuse chiming in, but I have to confess to the same error as MB ("I would have said the same thing 3000 points ago on the Dow. ")

I keep thinking, no sensible person thought the Germans would invade Russia either. Or that people could ever burn witches or go on crusades or fight over Cabbage Patch dolls. But I have concluded that the Starr investigation is a wonderful bargain for the American people. Lots cheaper than the Vietnam War or the moon landing (which itself was a lot better than a nuclear war).
