Re MB Trading Questions,

Hi Bob,

When I checked with MB in late November, they told me it would still be another couple of months and that they would be linking up with someone in Canada (wouldn't say who). I told them to go ahead and close out the account as I would have to sign up with whoever they go with in Canada anyway.

I really liked MB Trading and Real Tick. Their on-line mIRC support was great! There are quite a few other US brokers using Real Tick and I believe some of them may accept Canadian customers, even though it isn't really 'legal'.

If you want to see the features of Real Tick, check out the Phactor's personal site. (MB employee ... I think it is Phil, the guy you talked to). He has a level II tutorial there and lots of info on the Real Tick III, etc.

If you need more info, just PM me.

Regards,

John

PMC-Sierra (PMCS), a fine Canadian company located in Burnaby, BC is a stock I'd love to own in my RRSP (in the 80% Canadian content). However, it's only listed on NASDAQ so I can't invest in it unless I use up my 20% foreign content. Very annoying. Anybody have different information on this?
