IMHO there has been sufficient news in the past week to send the internet stocks cascading downward. Insider selling reported in the WSJ today, some brokerages raising margin requirements, weak equity prices overall, a few downgrades of internet stocks, internet stock advocates
talking cautiously on CNBC and Goldman Sacks, underwriter for EBAY, saying that perhaps the buying has been overdone in EBAY. With the above news
I would have thought AMZN would be back in the 150 area. If the negative news we have had in the past week has not taken the internet stocks lower, what will it take to move these securities lower? Comments please.
