You don't need level 2 to see that a big sale passes on every up tick. this has been going on for months.

Today has been a mixed bag - but two large blocks traded at .008 when both bid/ask were .008 so not able to say which they were. One for 1 mil and 1 for 3 mil shares. Hey, only 32000 dollars so no biggie!

But Friday saw virtually all sales at OR ABOVE the ask and the MM's DROPPED THE PRICE! Seems someone should be able to control them on some level.
