Loren,

Your post reflects my basic sentiments.
I think however at this point I will just hold and hope
the story stays the same and one of the deals will give
us a pop. I will add that I plan to sell off 35% of what
I have if we see an eighth. (I'm sure if the Bald man
is around he'll sell for .12 just to beat me!) <g>

Happy investing!

Loren,

Thanks for the update, it is appreciated.

I can tell from your posting that you could use a little cheering up-so in a my own opinion and speculative basis here are some current thoughts that are going through my mind.

#1. TNRG share price is near the low of the year plus it appears from your recent posting that the outstanding shares have increased. You are correct that the current share price does provide for some tax selling opportunites--so in my opinion there is one positive point.

#2. The lower share price motivated you to contact the IR Group, the Transfer Agent and Mr. Tilton--this demonstrates initiative and a forward thinking attitude.--To me it means that you are a fighter and not a quiter.--Well Done!

#3. The festive season will soon be upon us along with the on going distractions that take away from the daily rat race environment of the Stock Zone. JMO!--and it's just my opinion but as we mover closer to New Years the less motivated people will be at all levels of their investments to make any significant changes to their investment portfolios. JMO!--Thus I would expect a more quiet less impactful trading environment in most stock categories ( of course I imagine there will be several examples to the contrary).

#4. I feel there will be several stock buying opportunites as we near Dec 31/1998--why? well simply for some of the reasons you have previously mentioned---stocks that we have so far lost money in--that we have held what seems to be forever ( but in some cases may be only months--but yes when they are down it does seem like forever) JMO!
Some of those stocks that one person wants out of--it could be that there are those waiting to take advantage of the lull or downside and might even view it as a bargain at that! JMO!

#5. I can only speak for myself on this point but I do know that every year starting Jan. 1st. will be my best year ever,--get in shape, eat healthy, be kinder--more helpful, make more profits on my investments--basically expecting that everything and anything that I plan to do and achieve in the New Year will the best of all the years.

#6. Is it all Wishful Thinking? Who Knows? But! I do know if I don't at least have some New Years resolutions in place what's the point of all this? It sometimes does feel like a snowball rolling down the hill
but I like to think that if we keep trying ( even if we are wrong) then sooner or later we will run out of wrong things to happen and then something really good will take place! JMO!

#7. How do I feel this relates tio TNRG? Well in my opinion--I think all OTC-BB investors will be looking towards 1999 with a renewed vigor. Many I feel really do believe that 1999 will be the Year!

TNRG will be at a price level/range which I feel would be attractive to many a high risk speculator ( Well at least it worked on me!)JMO!

I am speculating that 1999 will bring a renewed interest in TNRG I am hoping that some of the current projects that Mr. Tilton is working on will materialize into revenue. That's what I am hoping!

Why do I have this hope? ( although very high risk and speculative in nature)-----because recently I have been following OTC-BB stocks that are in the Internet Gaming Industry ( most that I have followed are not yet SEC Reporting Companies) yet--I have seen an example where an OTC-BB company only a few months ago was trading under a dime that reached $6.00 per share earlier this week.---Now! I wonder how many shareholders in that company ( considering it's still a non reporting company) ever really expected to see their stock reach such exciting levels?--All we can do is speculate.--Am I kicking myself ( very hard)
that I did not buy when it was under a dime! Yes! Of course! But! I was waiting for it to go lower! YIKES!

Anything is possible! In most cases highly unlikely--but as seen still possible.--

I'm hoping for a very exciting and profitable 1999 for my investment
in TNRG! Maybe I'm 100% Wrong! --But! I'm hoping that I'm a little bit right!----I don't always know or understand why prices of stocks go up or down--but I do know that if and when they do go up--I would be not a happy camper if i did not have shares. JMO!

I end my long rambling with these thoughts!

Is Mr. Tilton happy with the current share price of TNRG?
If the answer is NO!--then what is he doing to add value and equity to TNRG!--Is it speculatively possible that he does not see a reason to get on a serious promotional/IR Program until he has some specifics from the current projects to report? i.e. audit re the shopping mall, etc...????? JMO!

I sometimes do find it intriguing that there are most likely basically shell companies out there with more outstanding shares then TNRG and yet some are trading at much higher share price values! JMO!

So! Even if we made a specualtive assumption that not a single one of the several projects that Mr. Tilton is working ever comes to fruition--how much is a shell company worth? I feel that is spomething to consider but it is just my opinion and is slanted towards a positve trend towards TNRG's potential as I am a hopeful and hopefully not a completely naieve TNRG Shareholder.

I Wish All Of You Your Best Profit Year Yet in 1999!!!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
