Ticketmaster-Citysearch IPO to price a day early
NEW YORK, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Ticketmaster-Citysearch (OTC BB:TMCO - news) has decided to price its initial public stock offering after the close of trading on Wednesday, a day earlier than anticipated, according to lead underwriter NationsBanc Montgomery Securities.

The company plans to offer 7 million shares at $11-$13 a share, up from the original range of $8-$10.

Ticketmaster-Citysearch's deal has been widely anticipated among investors ever since the Ticketmaster online affiliate of USA Networks Inc. (Nasdaq:USAI - news) and Citysearch Inc. announced merger plans last summer.
