There is 6 hours difference when compare to EST.So they will open afer midnight.

I checked on the time-zone function on my computer. EST is GMT-5:00 while Brussels, Vienna etc is GMT+1:00. So I am going to say there is a 6 hour difference with Europe leading the way. Therefore, assuming an opening at 9:30 am European time then we might hear something before 11:30 pm EST tonight if the announcement precedes the opening.
