This might be important to watch... NEW YORK (Dec. 2) BUSINESS WIRE -Dec. 2, 1998-- Steel Partners II, L.P. announced today that it has sent a letter to the Board of Directors of Kinark Corporation (AMEX: KIN) and amended its Schedule 13D filing, to among other things, express its belief that there is significant, unrealized value in Kinark shares and that a sale of the company or of its underperforming assets may be the best way to create immediate value for Kinark's shareholders.

Keep an eye on BIAN. Hasn't started trading yet, it may either late today, or more likely tomorrow. Universal Alliance (which is made up of Remind America and Global Interlink) is reverse merging into BIAN. Should start trading around $5, but should come out hotter. Shares will be scarce. Outstanding business plan, internet/kiosk related personalized gift giving, lots of big strategic business partners. Some information can be found at thankyouamerica.com.
