I believe you are right Francis. I have been buying this stock
for over 3 years and I think most people didn't understand Wavetop
even before 12/1. Everybody keeps talking about what is the bit rate.
It hardly matters what the bit rate is. It is and is not instant
information. It is instant, considering that the information
is already on your hard drive when you turn on the PC. And this
information is based on your chosen preferences from the Wavetop
guide. It is not instant in the sense that when you click on a link
you would get it right away through your tuner board. Keep in mind
all I've said is regarding Wavetop prior to 12/1.

The latest news has got me confused as well. But I will bet anything
that what brought about the incredible rise in volume was the mention of "e-commerce". I believe WAVO is onto something big here. With the
bloatware in most programs today, I can see big $$ in software
distribution alone. If Wavephore isn't already aware of the confusion among individual/institutioinal investors, I'm contacting them and
some of you might want to do the same.

Another thing that might be slowing them down is the fact that
no major PC manufacturer is shipping with tuner cards as standard
equipment. When that happens I believe it will make a big difference.

My two cents worth.
Good luck

Joe
