Hold OTC!

Today's OTC Fund reversal from a 2% loss reinforces the notion that institutional money managers are being forced to put money to work. A $2 Dell gain kept a floor under tech stocks which responded impressively in the last hour of trading. Hour to hour gyrations make this OTC position somewhat precarious but the ability of the market to recuperate from triple-digit Dow losses yesterday and today gives complacency another shot in the arm.

Gold stocks continue to fall into an anticipated low this week. Renewed deflationary pressures from lack of SE Asian demand crippled Boeing today and it is striking a cautionary note in our expectation for higher gold prices.
