This is from Briefing.com:

Cabletron Systems (CS) 13 3/4 -1/2: computer networking company is warning that it expects to record a Q3 loss, before charges, of $0.10 a share on revenues of $330 to $340 mln; according to First Call, company was projected to earn $0.11 a share vs year-ago profit of $0.13 a share.....

Dropped $ 3-1/4 after hour and counting :-(

A few trades executed after hours. However they were market orders placed during market hours. Last trade was at 10 3/4 down 3 1/2 points. Trades executing after hours are not uncommon. You can
check this out with any broker. These are not considered after hours trades.

Does anyone also feel that something is not quite right here. Two
huge block trade happen early in the day. The last trades move the
stock down 3 /1/2 points. The Earnings announcement, however, is made
after close (4:02 pm EST). Something stinks.

Very disappointing.
