Rosario, you may damn well be right. Until this company files Ch. 11 or reverse splits, the evidence remains to be seen. TNRG does in fact own everything it says it owns. The problem is that management, namely you know who, does not seem on top of developing these promising business ventures. The other possibility is that some of these ventures (namely Nighthawk endeavors) are more hype than substance. One thing I will add to my previous post is that George Bentley does feel that TNRG has potential value. The value lies in the Chinese shopping center. In a previous conversation with Tilton, he also reiterated that TNRG's greatest asset is the Chinese investment. So IMO getting the results of the audit of the Chinese investment may tell us a lot about the true value of TNRG. In saying this, I must admit some disappointment in lowering the expectations I have had for the Nighthawk business ventures. Sea Eye and Tracker have huge potential on paper. But until we see some solid sales and contracts, both of these projects may be nothing more than pipe dreams. Hope I'm wrong about this.
