One nice thing about investing in Dell that it normally is not necessary to be in a bull market for the stock to appreciate, assuming that you hold it for a reasonable period of time. So you don't really have to know what the market is likely to do. And besides, no one knows what the market will do anyway! Just buy Dell, put it away, and forget about it. With the passage of time, your only regret may be that you didn't buy more sooner. There is far more risk in buying Dell too late than buying it too early!
