I agree with most of that, although the utility of the service will still be harmed if you get ten disconnects an hour. In my experience, though, you're right: Indians tend to be value-oriented and tolerant of service disruptions. Until they've lived here for awhile . . . . Think about it: it would be like putting the entire U.S. on AOL without improving their capacity. I don't judge the success of an exchange based solely on the results of the exchange. Does that surprise you? Maybe I'll buy 100 shares next week just to see how it feels. MAD DOG
