I hope all these piss poor earnings forecasts are being pumped into the infamous GreenShit valuation model as hoop lahhhed in Barrons this week. If so it should indicate that stock market has to be 30% overvalued -ns-

Noticed some of the blather on YHOO about MSFT antitrust trial?

Popular notion is that the AOL/NSCP deal means that the antitrust case is kaput (Perhaps the decision can be rendered by the media like in Clinton's case and sold to the public).

Legally and logically, IMO, the merger shouldn't have a bearing. If the practices engaged in were anticompetitive -- they were. What do you think about it?
