Delsecur is looking to sell its technology via licencing agreements. It does not want to build units -- pro's like HITACHI and ALCATEL would give royalties to Delsecur. Alcatel is interested for the EUROPE and Hitachi for ASIA.

If the get the green light for a test site for the USCUSTOMS in Porto Rico then ALCATEL would build the units (worth 2mm$) and in exchance would get rigth to build all future unit for US gouverment

Very exciting !!!

Hey there Bald Man! Good to see you getting in this one. This is great timing - the Internet, mobile ecommerce, etc. is in need of this company's products right now.

It's worth your time to call the company - they come across very straight forward - no B.S. hype about where they are or where they expect to go. This company smells very clean. I hope they get the contracts and get a full NASDAQ listing soon after. Then this stock will soar. They said they hope to be in volume production in 3-6 months. That's pretty fast on the heels of the product evaluations and means they expect contracts to be signed before then - maybe DEC 14th is the big day for announcements - if not probably soon after. DelSecur has to defer to Hitachi, Alcatel, Schlumberger, etc. If they get full NASDAQ listed the instituions can start picking them up. Until then, it's mostly us small fries nipping at the bait.

NASDAQ BB's usually make me nervous, but this one makes me giddy.

Baldness, turn away lest you be analogically converted into a pile of salt! (sodium chloride-for some of the tech experts here)

Here's a riddle....you're walking in a cow pasture barefooted. Your foot slips into a pile of something warm and gushy, you look down and there is steam coming off of it in the cool morning. You squish your toes around wondering "What is *THAT*?"

Do you need to reach down, get a bit on your finger and *TASTE* it to know what it is?????

Same principle applies here. "Shell" OTC company with a littered past of convictions and allegations of stock fraud. The company name is *STILL THE SAME*, and if it changes (imagine the greed of hyping this before that "small" detail is even taken care of) it won't disguise it's "colorful" past.

Remember IDID? (Comparator Systems) and *they* actually had a product! (ok, so they stole it, small detail).

Hey, whatever, probably a *WONDERFUL* company and I am just a fool!

Cheers~!
