Aaarg- not Jabil too.

Flextronics went through this dance with the SEC last year. If Jabil can't write off the in-process R&D charge, then it will be carried as goodwill, and amortized. So we will see a small goodwill amortization charge that will trim earnings slightly over the amortization period Jabil selects. Not sure this will amount to much though.

One other thing, lets hope Jabil files their 10K within 15 calendar days of November 30th, as they indicated in the filling today. If not, then Jabil isn't current with their SEC filings, and we might see an 'E' appended to the trading symbol (indicating the company isn't current on SEC filings).
